By utilizing the DigitalDashboards platform as a client or user, you hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Digital Dashboards and MarketPower USA, LLC from any claim that may arise from the use of the platform by your or your customers, employees or associates. This indemnification provision shall survive in perpetuity any agreement that you may have with the Company.
